How Trust Kits work

Pro and Enterprise include a Trust Kit: printed and tap-to-review items that make it easy for customers to review you.

1. What’s in a Pro Trust Kit

   A tap stand for your desk, counter or reception, 2 tap cards for your team, a sticker for your window or door, and 20 QR cards for tables, receipts or deliveries. Every tap item also has a QR code, so it works on any phone.

2. What Enterprise gets

   A Trust Kit for every location, with your logo on it, and refills every quarter.

3. When it arrives

   We send your kit after your second paid month of Pro, or straight away if you pay yearly. Our team contacts you first to confirm where to deliver it.

4. If you leave Pro

   Your kit keeps working. Every item points to your NaijaTrust review page, so customers can still review you.

5. Lost, broken or need more

   Email support@naijatrust.ng to switch off a lost card or order extra items.

Good to know

• Customers still choose what to write. The kit only makes it quicker to leave an honest review.
• Nothing in the kit says “Pro”. It invites reviews, and never suggests that paying earns trust.
