Report a review that breaks the rules

Some reviews shouldn’t be on NaijaTrust. Here’s how to send one to our moderators.

1. Check it breaks our rules

   You can report spam, hate speech, threats, someone’s private details, a review of the wrong business, or a review from someone who was never a customer, such as a competitor.

2. Tap “Report”

   On the Reviews page, tap “Report” under the review. Explain clearly why it breaks the rules. Add facts we can check, like “No order under this name between these dates”.

3. Wait for our decision

   The review shows “Dispute pending” while we look at it. If we agree, the review is removed. If not, it shows “Dispute rejected” and stays up.

• Reporting honest reviews just because they are negative can lead to your account being suspended.
