Get your first 10 reviews
The first reviews are the hardest. Here’s a simple way to get them in a week, without breaking any rules.
Make a list of recent customers
Write down 15 to 20 people who bought from you in the last month. Include everyone, not only the ones you think were happy.
Open “Get reviews”
Add each customer’s name and, if you have it, their WhatsApp number. You can also paste a whole list at once.
Send a short, personal message
Pick a message style (English, Pidgin or after a delivery), then tap “Send on WhatsApp” for each customer. The message is already written with their name and a personal link. You’ll see who opened it and who left a review.
Ask at the right moment
The best time is right after a delivery arrives or a service is done, while the experience is fresh.
Thank everyone who reviews
Reply to each review, good or bad. Other customers see that you listen.
Good to know
- Put your review link in your Instagram bio and on your WhatsApp Business profile.
- Add a line to your receipts or invoices: “Enjoyed your order? Review us on NaijaTrust.”
- Never pay or give gifts in exchange for good reviews. It breaks our rules and the reviews can be removed.
