Close your business account

How to ask us to delete your business account, and what happens to your business pages.

1. Cancel any paid plan first

   This stops future payments.

2. Request deletion

   At the bottom of Settings, under “Delete business account”, tap “Request account deletion” and tell us why. Our team reviews the request.

3. What happens to your business page

   Your businesses are unclaimed, not erased. Their public pages and customer reviews stay on NaijaTrust, and someone else could later claim them.
