What each number on your dashboard means and what to do about it.

1. Average rating

   Your overall star rating from all approved reviews. It moves slowly, so focus on getting more reviews rather than single scores.

2. Total reviews

   How many reviews you have. Customers trust businesses with many recent reviews more than ones with a few old ones.

3. Profile views

   How many times people opened your public page. If views are high but calls are low, improve your description and contact details.

4. Website clicks

   How many people tapped through to your website or social page from NaijaTrust.

5. Awaiting reply

   Reviews you haven’t answered. Try to keep this at zero.
