Claim your business or add a new one

If customers have already reviewed you, claim the existing page. If not, add your business. Both need one document to prove it’s yours.

1. Check if you’re already listed

   Search for your business name on NaijaTrust. If you see your page, claim it so you keep the reviews you already have. Don’t create a second page for the same business.

2. To claim: upload one document

   Choose the kind of document you have: CAC certificate, utility bill, government ID (NIN, passport or driver’s licence), TIN certificate, or a letter of authorisation from the business. A clear photo or PDF under 5MB is fine. Add a phone number we can reach you on.

3. Not listed? Add your business

   Choose “Register a new business”. Enter the business name, pick at least one category, select your state and address, and write a short description. Add a phone number, and if you have one, a website, Instagram page or WhatsApp link.

4. Registered with CAC or SMEDAN?

   If yes, enter your registration number and upload the certificate. If you’re not registered yet, that’s fine: upload a valid ID (NIN slip, driver’s licence or international passport) instead. Files must be under 2MB.

5. Send it for review

   Submit the form. Our team checks every request by hand. Your dashboard shows “Pending approval” until we’re done, and we email you the result.

Good to know

• Use your real trading name, the one customers know you by, so they can find you.
• Picking the right category matters: it decides what customers rate you on, such as hygiene for restaurants or delivery time for online stores.
