Turn on automatic replies

Send a thank-you reply to every new review automatically, so no customer is left without an answer.

1. Open the automated response setting

   Find “Automated review response” on the Reviews page or in Settings.

2. Write your message

   Keep it warm and general, because it goes under every new review, good or bad.

3. Turn it on and save

   You can still write a personal reply to any review at any time.
