What happens after you submit

How approval works, what you can do while you wait, and what to do if a request is turned down.

1. We check your request

   A member of our team compares your document with the business details. This keeps fake owners from taking over real businesses.

2. You get an email

   We email you when your business is approved. Approved businesses appear in search and on their own public page.

3. Use the waiting time

   You can already upload your logo and fill in your details from the dashboard, so your page looks complete the moment it goes live.

4. If your request is turned down

   The email tells you why, usually a blurry or mismatched document. Fix the problem and send a new request. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll explain.
